Celtel Uganda unveils the NEW 2,000/- Top Up Card

Celtel Uganda launched a new 2,000/- Top Up scratch card. With effect from Monday 6th February 2006, the 2000 Top Up scratch card was made available at all Celtel shops and outlets countrywide.
