Blurred line between fixed and mobile on Telkom Lesothos' Lekomo Flexi sparks row with Vodacom

The thin line between fixed mobile and mobile in Lesotho serves to
highlight the increasing absurdity of technologically-driven service
definitions. Incumbent Telkom Lesotho launched a fixed mobile service
which works with the network of its mobile subsidiary, Econet Ezi-Cel.
