1st GSM East & Central Africa an Undeniable Success

On 2 June 2005, the first ever 2 day GSM conference and exhibition focused specifically on East and Central African nations was launched. Eng. John Waweru, Director General of Communications Commission of Kenya and Eng. James Rege, Permanent Secretary of Kenyan Ministry for Information and Communications joined Vitalis Olunga, Chair of the African GSM Association to head the event.
