I am a onetouch prepaid user. Arrived in Charlotte, North Carolina. I was assured by Onetouch that I had been hooked up onto their roaming service and could therefore use Onetouch whilst in the USA. This has not happend. My number is 020 8160046. I need this service urgently.
Please, I connected to Onetouch roaming but I could not use it in Israel. Kindly dierct me as to what to do.
