Telephone Interconnection Between Networks Leaves Mobile Phone Users Very Frustrated

Ghana’s mobile phone service providers are a very busy lot. Everybody wants to be seen sporting one of these accoutrements of modern communications and what that means is that every microsecond of the day, calls are being made. Some of the calls may be for flimsy chit-chat, some are definitely important life and death calls and others are business calls where millions are made and lost. It means money – a lot of the stuff – to the service providers.
