A Phone, a Laptop, GPRS… Wilderness is Connected!

I turn on my laptop, dial in and a minute later I can get into my Yahoo mailbox, log into MSN Messenger and start chatting to a colleague in Washington DC in the US. All pretty standard except that I am sitting on a friend’s verandah in Kilifi.
