Call centre operators earnestly yearn for unified licensing regime

As the window for exclusivity period in the licensing scheme for the GSM operators shuts this month, the call centre operators in the country, particularly in the Lagos metropolis, may have joined in the widespread crusade for a unified licensing scheme, saying it would introduce the needed competition necessary to reduce some high-handed decisions allegedly taken by the operators at random.
