Celtel appoints Adebayo Wasiu Ligali as CEO in Nigeria

Pan African telecom operator, Celtel International has announced the appointment of a Nigerian, Adebayo Wasiu Ligali, as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its operation in Nigeria.
