Celtel SL’s Commercial Launch in Kailahun

Kailahun was the last of the District Headquarter towns to “join our world”, as Celtel Sierra Leone launched its mobile services in this thriving commercial town which was one of the hardest hit by the ravages of the 10 years civil war.
