I say there should be conditions under which phones should be blacklisted. Fraud is everywhere, a friend accidently dropped his phone in water & sent it to my shop for repairs since the insuarance doesn’t cover water damaged headsets, just after fixing it i discover that he had it blacklisted in order to defraud the insuarance. Now im stuck with his trash. He wont pay me for expenses incured
