  2. The official distributer of Nokia products in Egypt “I2 incorporation” is a complete failure. My device Nokia 6600 with IMEI no 356665007435308 had been showing the same problem for six or seven times: Boot Failure, and every time they tell me that we are sorry we will take a Drastic Action, and then they just resetup the device with a new software, for 6 or 7 times !!! this is rediculous, and many times they reenter the device for recheck, and they say that I is OK; a state that never come to my device. And now the device went into a boot failure again while I was travelling, and this costed me a grave problem with my institute, and I went to them again, and I asked to change the device for me as the warranty states, as this is a frank state of manufacturer defect, what they said to me, you are lucky the device has been going out of the warranty in 4 days, you are lucky to come before..!!! but it is just a boot failure.
This is silly and completely unacceptable. Please take an action, and give me a solution how could I have a Nokia device that worth the money I paid, as these guys have no idea about how the customer service should be.
