Lessons learnt from the implementation of FICA

On the eve of a presentation to Parliament on the implementation of the proposed new RICA act, Vodacom Group Chief Executive Officer Alan Knott-Craig drew a comparison with the implementation of a similar act affecting the banking sector namely FICA.
