Mobitel Introduces Buzz “Caller Ring Back Tone”

Millicom Ghana Limited (Mobitel) operators of Buzz GSM, well noted for introducing very exciting services, has introduced yet another value added service “Buzz Caller Ring Back Tone” – “Buzz CRBT”. Buzz CRBT is a service that allows the one who is making the call to hear selected music or audio clips instead of the traditional “tring tring” or “ringing” sound that is heard until the call is connected.

  2. I am a subcriber of Buzz and I use Panasonic G55, I have been trying to download ring tone on my phone but I have never succeed so I want to know if my handset is not suitable for this package

I really want to know if an amount is deducted from my units almost every month.I am quite confused because I did not go to activate it myself but I think It was automatic thus I do not side with you deducting about 10000 cedis from my units.If nothing can be done about it then I prefer going without the CRBT.Please be fast because I can not afford loosing 10000cedis again the next month.

  11. I have activated my CRBT and some caller ring back tones use to come but at the moment persons who call me do not get the ring back tones.I even have a passeword but it very difficult to access it.What do i need to do to get back the caller ring back tones. My number is 027 7636662
