I really want to know if an amount is deducted from my units almost every month.I am quite confused because I did not go to activate it myself but I think It was automatic thus I do not side with you deducting about 10000 cedis from my units.If nothing can be done about it then I prefer going without the CRBT.Please be fast because I can not afford loosing 10000cedis again the next month.

I am a subcriber of Buzz and I use Panasonic G55, I have been trying to download ring tone on my phone but I have never succeed so I want to know if my handset is not suitable for this package
