MTN acquires remaining 40% stake to own MTN Network Solutions

The MTN Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired the remaining 40% interest in MTN Network Solutions (Pty) Limited (MTN Network Solutions) from Johnnic Communications Limited (Johncom), thus giving MTN full ownership and control of MTN Network Solutions.
