MTN Uganda to launch Per Second Billing

MTN Uganda has announced that it will introduce Per Second Billing to the market this year. Making the announcement at a press conference at their corporate head office today, the Chief Executive Officer, Noel Meier said that the company’s board of directors had approved a plan to launch the product.
