NATCOMS battle ready with AMOPHTI, lauds MTN, Vmobile

National Association of Telecommunications Subscribers (NATCOMS) has resolved to fight the increasing mobile phone theft in the country with a new scheme, called Anti-Mobile Phone Theft Initiative (AMOPHTI).
