Nigeria`s phone subscriber base hits 12 million

The number of subscribers to both fixed and mobile telephones in Nigeria, Africa`s fastest growing telecommunications market, has reached 12 million clients, according to Ernest Ndukwe, the Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission.
