Clickatell, world leader in global messaging enablement, today announced that it has teamed with Oracle to launch a mobile messaging web service for the Oracle® Application Server Wireless, a component of Oracle Fusion Middleware. The service was debuted at Oracle OpenWorld San Francisco today.
