Phone Providers Seek Gov't Regulation On Handsets in Rwanda

Mobile phone providers in Uganda want the government to act swiftly and save them from the continued illegal importation of handsets by unregistered companies and individuals.At least 80 percent of all mobile phone handsets on the Ugandan market have been smuggled, a parliamentary committee was told last Friday.
