Russian AFK Sistema plans to participate in GSM tender in Egypt

Egypt – Major Russian holding AFK Sistema plans to participate in a tender for a GSM license in Egypt, Sistema’s President Vladimir Yevtushenkov said, Kommersant business daily reported Thursday.
