Vodacom Tanzania recently announced new international call rates for all its customers. Effective 6th September 2006, Zone 1 calls to East Africa and Vodacom networks across Africa will cost Tsh 5.83 per
second. Zone 2 calls (to Canada, USA, India, Pakistan etc) will cost Tsh 6.67 per second. Zone 3 calls (to Rest of Africa, Italy, UK etc) will cost Tsh 7 per second while Zone 4 calls to the rest of the world will cost Tsh 11.67 per second. All rates quoted VAT exclusive.
