MTN South Africa to buy Telecel Cote d'Ivoire and Telecel Zambia

South African cellular phone operator, MTN Group, has agreed to buy stakes in two cellular operators in the Ivory Coast and Zambia, in a bid that will increase MTN’s total subscriber base across Africa to over 16 million.
