Celtel Launches East Africa Calling Tariffs

Celtel International, the leading Pan African Mobile Telecommunications group held simultaneous functions in Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya this morning to announce the launch of their new East African Celtel-to-Celtel Regional Calling Tariffs.
