MTN Rwandacell Connects 200,000th Subscriber

Twenty-five year old Rwanda Defence Forces (RDF) soldier Pracid Twagiramukiza, will live to remember the afternoon of Friday October 7 when he became the 200,000th subscriber of the giant telecommunications company, MTN Rwandacell.
