The Angolan Peering Forum (AOPF) 2026 will be held on 5 and 6 November 2026 in Angola, the organisers have announced. The venue and host city have not yet been published.
AOPF is run by the Angolan Network Operators Group (AONOG), a non-profit body that describes itself as founded by engineers for engineers, with a remit to strengthen Angola’s internet and telecommunications infrastructure.
What the forum covers
The two days are given over to connectivity, peering, and what the organisers call the strengthening of Angola’s digital ecosystem, with the usual peering forum mix of networking, knowledge sharing, and interconnection discussions.
AONOG’s stated mission is to connect ICT professionals and the technical and research community in Angola so they can exchange experience on implementing new technologies and protocols, and to support newer entrants building careers in the sector.

The save-the-date names Team Cymru, Paratus and NTOSC as silver sponsors, TVCABO and Angola Cables at bronze level, with support from Elende and AAI, and Mulembafilm as media partner.
