Thank you.ever since celtel took over d network services we all had from vmobile reduced.especially the gprs stuff.now most people ve been cut off from the gprs service my suggestion is that they should give the settings back to people then if one doesnt have a minimum of 200naira he shouldnt be able to access gprs then the amount should last for like 3weeks if after 3weeks no recharge he should also be cut off until after rechargin again and they should soon introduce their own free call d 6 free text stil ok but d gprs must improve just by usin d style i told them and they ll see more customers returnin

I’m so surprise that CelTel is as bad as this to the extent that most people complain about the WAP/GPRS…the same goes for mine with my SHARP GX-10 and my phone number is 08027248817 but since I bought Vmobile and the acquisition of Vmobile by CelTel, it has never browse for once… too bad, people will just switch over to better networks…
