Launching the new tariff plan in Lagos yesterday, the CEO of Celtel, Mr Bayo Ligali stated that the new tariff plan eliminates the prospect of subscribers moving from one network to another. I just read about the 3G Licence that Celtel has just procured. This is really what I have been looking forward to because I have Nec phone that has a lot of features that would not work until 3G service is supported by the network in use.

Mr. Legali, thank you very much

I still need to know how to get connected.
