Ghana Telecom forks out ¢10bn a week to Spacefon Areeba

Information available to this paper suggests that the national telecommunication giant, Ghana Telecom (gt), pays ¢10bn weekly to leading cellular phone company, Spacefon Areeba, leading to a strain on the financial coffers of GT.
