MTN Rwanda to provide mobile Internet over GPRS

The technical officer at MTN Rwanda, Oliver Kabanda, has disclosed that the company will become an internet service provider (ISP) by February next year. He said this recently during an interview at the company’s stand at the trade fair, Gikondo.
