After Reading your article I called 082111, the “agent”told me that only prepaid vodacom and “vodacom” contract subscribers can have their phone blacklisted with them. This is where is gets confusing. If you are not a vodacom subscriber but with another vodacom service provider, the blacklisting has to be carried out by them. ie – vodacom with not blacklist vodacom. The agent contradists the claim by Tyamzashe.
