MTN not to take over Ghana's WESTEL

Ghana’s Minister for Communications, Hon. Albert Kan Dapaah, has dismissed claims that the government is planning a deal that would allow South Africa’s MTN Group to take over Western Telesystems Ghana Ltd (WESTEL).
