the uselessness of tigo is hazzardous and heart breaking,i wonder if they get to realize how shameful being their customer seems,1.call thier customer service line and it hell never gets through,try getting the gprs connected and it takes weeks and counting cos u never get to see the g sigh after following all their methods,try sending a comment to their email support and u never get a reply,try visiting their site online to activate services and all u get is”cannot create jdbc driver of class………’i wonder what the hell is wrong with tigo,oooo no its a shame.

Do they suck with customer support but they are no waste dude..I’m on their network and their fees for gprs is just awesome and its better than Onetouch and Areeba.. I enjoy free night calls and stuff..Man, tigo rocks..can’t just wait to get it to work on my pc..My siemens C72 phone don’t look supportive..it won’t connect but the guys at the tigo office are doing their best.. Mr. Lucas and Emma they are just awesome btwn, its the Kumasi branch.
