Cell C satisfied that its push for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) will finally come to market

The much anticipated ‘MNP Go-Live’ date is now scheduled for 10 November 2006. This new implementation date as announced by ICASA follows a request submitted by the Mobile Operators and Service Providers to extend the date beyond the 18 th of September. Cell C had initially proposed October, 30th whereas Vodacom and MTN had proposed November, 30th.
