Cell C Seals a Unique Technological Partnership to Locate and Track Stolen Assets

Cell C is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the tracking company South African Electronic Tracking Systems Limited (ETS), to use its GSM network in tracking and recovering stolen goods which have been hidden either indoors, outdoors or underground.
