I was a Registerfly customer. I had taken advantage of some promo offers, to register 5 domain names with them but sometime last year, I was not able to login to my Registerfly account any more. Every effort to retrieve my login details proved futile. I spent a total of about 70 minutes on the phone to Registerfly customer service, without being able to speak with a representative. I emailed them 3 times, with no reply. Well, little did I know that I was not alone. Indeed, there are so many websites online today, warning folks not to sign-up with Registerfly, for services.
Complaints I have come across vary from domain mismanagement to credit card over-charge. Indeed, many are those who have been agitating for legal action against Registerfly. Well, this morning, I got this email from enom, in my inbox:

This effort from enom came a bit too late. Thanks goodness though, I was able to get back two of the five domain names. One I re-registered when it expired and the other, I was able to renew with enom, through the migrating platform they provide.
Have you had any such horrible treatment from Registerfly? Share your thoughts here.
This is serious oh. Anyway, thanks for sharing this mail.
