How to obtain MTN Ghana GPRS settings

Requirement: Your mobile phone should be GPRS/EDGE capable for you to be able to access the Internet via your mobile. Confirm by checking your phone’s manuals.

Action: Send a blank text message (SMS) to 686 from your MTN. Save the settings you received, to your phone. Select MTN DATA as default access point.

  1. I’m using LGKP502,formally I was browsing on it .but lately any time,I try the connection fail, why? I also relise that, my network is not stable, it has being changing from GPRS ,EDGE to GSM, Was’t problem with the phone ? Or the network ? I even went to the customer care center , severa time. But the problem remain the same

  2. I am using LG KS360. Ihave been browsing on it but of late I don’t know what happened but it often tell me ‘connection failed, no internet connection’ though setting the net several times. Help me out.

  3. I use samsung gravity3 sgh-t479 but I hav tried connecting to the internet several time but not possible.i tried 686 it didnt work. I went to the techiman branch office they cld not set the internet setting. Please help me.
