The widely publicized Nollywood movie, Lionheart, has been released on Netflix today 4th January 2019.
It was directed by Genevieve Nnaji and features leading Nollywood actors including:
- Genevieve Nnaji
- Nkem Owoh
- Pete Edochie
- Onyeka Onwenu
- Kanayo O. Kanayo
- Jemima Osunde
- Chika Okpala
- Kalu Ikeagwu
- in addition to Peter Okoye of PSquare fame.
The feature film is in English and Igbo languages.
Lionheart is distributed exclusively by the leading streaming service Netflix after it acquired rights to the movie towards the end of 2018.
