“Vodacom Voice Bill” Increases Access To Cellphone Bills For Blind Or Partially Sighted Customers

Vodacom today became the first operator in Africa to ensure that cellphone billing information is accessible to all its customers. Vodacom customers who are blind or partially sighted now have full access to their Vodacom cellphone bill via the new “Vodacom Voice Bill” service.
