Kabala was literally all red on Saturday 8th April 2006 – the day that Celtel SL did its commercial launch in the headquarter town of Koinadugu District. It is a day that will always be remembered by the people of Kabala, as it historically marked the time when they were able to join the global village – courtesy of Celtel SL’s mobile network being launched there.
