Skype has released an updated version of its popular Skype software, for PCs running Windows XP. The new version (still in beta), features more value added services and allows subscribers to send SMS, globally, at a fee.
Calling phone lines has also been made easier since country codes are now built into the software and all a subscriber has to do is select the country to be called instead of typing the country code. The subscriber then dials the phone in local format and the software does the rest. 😀
I have just downloaded the latest copy and currently testing it.
