    Wanted gangsters are using South African mobile sim cards to conduct serious crimes in Mumbai. Can you please guide me to the right authority in SA who can help me get the information about the sim subscribers of phones with serial 0277…Please inform me the mobile company in SA and the procedure to get the information about these antinational elements to find them and prosecute them.
