The operators of Tigo network has programmed to expand its network in Ghana this year to provide sufficient capacity to serve its customers better.

  6. it’s incredible that i cannot access http://www.mytigo.com.gh on the web to register my phone on line. why the dialogue “call failed. number not subscribed” when a phone has been registered. mobile service providers are exploiting and cheating us in ghana with their poor services

    I am a Sierra Leonean Citizen and a subscriber to Togo S/L.

    I visited ghana for four days but was unable to used my balance credit due to network problem.

    I have remaine in my chip mabput 40,000 unites left .In this regard i would like you to pluse put it on hold until my next visit in 3-4 months time so that i can used on my return visit.

  21. i will appreciate it if you can expand your network to the villages so we outside the country can reach our relatives thr’phones.Villages such as Likpe-Abrani,Likpe-Konkrantumin,New-Ayoma etc via Hohoe V/R.I used Tigo when i was in ghana and so far ,that’s the best netwk for both the poor and rich in ghana.Do well to help the poor as you always do.Long life Tigo.Tigo the new cellular experience
