Ghana's President to deal with poor service by mobile phone operators

PRESIDENT J.A. KUFUOR has expresed concern about the poor quality of service rendered by mobile phone companies. He has therefore pledged to use regulatory powers of the National Communication Authority (NCA) to deal with the problem.
