ShortDot SA, a domain registry based in Luxembourg, has announced that active .icu registrations have exceeded 130,000 domains.
According to ShortDot SA, .icu has spent over 100 days as one of the top 10 fastest growing domain extensions with registrations across about 100 countries.
As of date, there are 6 .icu domains in the top 10,000 Alexa rankings.
.icu is one of about 1,200 new generic top-level domains (new gTLDs).
