The final whistle was blown to signal the end of the friendly match between Ghana and Tunisia played in Tunisia a few minutes ago. Verdict: Ghana 0 Tunisia 2.
This is very bad for Ghana, to think that the African Nations Cup (Egypt 2006) is just 5 days away. Not long ago, Togo (a new comer in world soccer) also beat Ghana by a lone goal, in a friendly match.
I must say here that I’m a bit worried, for Ghana. Accra is quiet this evening, as I type this. The usual electrified atmosphere that would have been all over Accra is absent.
I guess after Ghana qualified for the World Cup tournament, everyone went to sleep.
Well, the die is cast. One can only look forward to what Monday 23rd January 2006 holds for Ghana, when they meet Nigeria in Egypt…
oh no…i’m worried about ghana’a performance now. nigeria is going to be very determined to do well in the nation’s cup after not qualifying for the world cup. should be an interesting game.
