Pick ‘n Pay has achieved cost-savings of between 30% to 41% on calls to cellular numbers at stores and branches around the country following its adoption of a least cost-routing (LCR) service from independent cellular service provider, Nashua Mobile.
The retail group engaged Nashua Mobile as its LCR service provider after independent consulting firm, Nebula, looked at Pick ‘n Pay’s telecom environment for opportunities to drive costs down.
