Mozilla Firefox 1.5

I saw the news flash across the WWW that Mozilla had released an updated version of my favourite web browser – Mozilla Firefox.

So early this morning, before going to bed, I downloaded the latest version using … Opera 8.5 🙂 Opera does a better job with downloading huge files than any other web browser.

So, when I woke up early this morning, I installed the Firefox 1.5. Sadly though, three of the four extensions I had on my Firefox 1.0.7 would not work with Firefox 1.5 and so were automatically disabled.

I truly can see any visible difference with this new version of Firefox apart from the new error messages that show-up if there is a difficulty in accessing a website or a domain name cannot be resolved (to an IP address).

Well, I’m blogging right now on my Firefox browser and would give my verdict in a few days.

Cheerio… 🙂
