The Ministry of State for Administrative Development has cooperated with each of Vodafone Egypt and Raya, to provide services of the Egyptian governments’ portal through the mobile phone. The service operates based on a number of applications that transform the short messages (SMS) and voice messages into information that is transmitted to the government’s portal computers, where requests are processed and a reply is sent through the Vodafone network at present and onto any other mobile network in the future.
