Celtel subscribers are enjoying their second month of receiving free bonus airtime after enrolling for the loyalty programme. On the 6th of January, Celtel officially launched the Loyalty programme with the aim of rewarding customers that use a minimum of 10 units on monthly basis.

why doesn’t work to everybody ,i have tried to enroll but all invain even atfer recharging my account and this not everybody got there bonus why? i can give you the phone numbers if you want me to ? why is it so ?
